The Wee Souk or the Women's Economic Empowerment Souk is a carefully curated collection of artisanal homeware and accessories. Prioritising space for women artisans and most importantly, endeavoring to work directly with them so they are paid the full and fair amount for their craft and not wholesalers. Most of our artisans are women in Tunisia though we've recently taken on several Scottish women makers too. We exist to disrupt the current system by championing women, their work and their worth.

I have bought lots from the wee souk over the years. From handwoven pots to a huge mirror, candles, foutas and lots of other things. The quality of the products is very high which is why I have made the purchases that I have, and supporting talented female artisans that make the pieces is an absolute bonus!
Kimberley has become a friend through her shop, she is so warm, welcoming and knowledgable about Tunisia (as well as many other topics!)
