All sales are final at The Wee Souk. We encourage you to take your time making your purchase and give us a call or send an email if you have any questions about our products. We can even do a short video call to see it ‘in the flesh!’.
Faulty Items
All our products are handmade by artisans, this means there may be minor imperfections. We inspect every item as it arrives from Tunisia and before shipping. Unfortunately faults can occasionally occur, so if you believe an item to be faulty or it is not the item you have ordered we are happy to offer a full refund once we have received and inspected the returned goods in their original condition and packaging. Please notify us in writing within 3 working days if you believe the item you have received to be faulty by emailing [email protected]. When returning the goods to us we suggest you use a tracked postal service as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.
